Hey All,
This is Mike D., I've been working with JV for the last few months, now I'm the Production Manager for the company.
Let's get a few facts correct:
1. JV is NOT getting his surgery done! He tells me he will continue to pump-out videos.... It's just he will be doing this for another production group. All of us at DL wish him the very best.
2. He and Leilani Li are friends. They are not running off together. Both are business professionals and will continue to create awesome videos. As the guy that did the editing for her video with JV, I can promise you she LOVES her work! 
3. We have just finished a DL shoot with "Holli", we are in post-production (editing) now. If all the tech things go perfectly, on Tuesday her Free Clip will be posted.
4. JV did a great job with finding good smoking girls that perform well on camera. His shoes will be tough to fill... The DL management team wants to continue to provide you the members with excellent videos. JV did this for 5 years, he was good at booking and ####ing! We will go through a growth period with the main goal of giving you great smoking girls that give you a boner you can use as a hammer!!!
5. Production: we have gone with a high-end video camera that records to a chip, this will reduce production time by at least 12 hours. A new lighting system should give a brighter and cleaner look to the photos and video.
6. DVD orders: a completely new look! For all video shoots and DVD's produced after August 15th, when you order a DVD you will have a screen menu to pick interview, the movie by scenes, a package of photos in slide-show format and clips of other Dragginladies girls. Plenty for hours of personal enjoyment 
Your constructive Forum comments are most welcome. As I'm now tasked with looking for good smoking girls, booking them, producing the shoot and the post-production you will not be seeing making daily posts as JV as able to make in the past. I will check the Forum at least every other day to see what is being written. If you have a specific suggestion, you can e-mail: info@dragginladies.com and I'll make note of your suggestion. Please keep in mind that if you send rude and abusive e-mails, I will get a Roseanne Barr look-alike for a smoking video and personally send that clip to you!
