You know that I thank you for being an organ donor because if it was not for someone like yourself, I would not be alive today. I read your letter a few times to the organ tx recipients and I am sure they will write back. Remember it will be hard for them to read all that you wrote because many recipients feel the pain for the family and some of them get mixed feelings as they are afraid to write as they might upset you even more. Unfortunately, some recipients think this way and I do not think they mean any harm. WE all think so differently, that is what makes the world so unique. I will pray that you do receive at least one special letter. Your friend
