hello! i am interested in donor a kidney and part of my liver. i understand that it is illegal to accept money for dontion - to sell organs. however, is it possible for the receiving parties to give a monatary gift to the donor? if not, isn't that in violation of constitional law. i give them a gift of life, and in turn they give me the gift that would allow me to start a new life. after all, oprah gives gifts all the time for no reason at all. why can't this be done that way? i am in a very abusive relationship and this only way i can get my child andmyself out of it. why is it ok for egg donors to recieve comp for donations - up to 10K most of them!
