After I worm puppies or dogs, I always check the stool looking for the dead worms. I don't know what your vet used to worm him, but he'll probably need to be wormed again in a couple of weeks, and again a couple of weeks after that, to make sure they're all gone.
Sky sounds adorable. Pit bull puppies are very, very cute. Start looking around now at trainers and classes, and take Sky to puppy class as soon as he's finished with his immunizations. Look for a trainer that's using rewards to train rather than punishment, and look to see that everybody - trainer, students, and dogs - are having fun. Training should be fun! And after he's been to puppy class, take him to regular dog class. The more you socialize him with other people and other dogs while he's young, the more stable and poised he'll be when he grows up.
