OMG- What a project. Just my sort of thing, too. She is a precious girl. Wonder what the hades happened to her? (rhetorical) Tazer still sometimes sub whizzes or other- so fearful of um powerful me. *G* Worth every single hand-wringing minute of work- as one may tell by her happy face in camo gear- (going to see her favorite ww2 war vet that day, "his" dog is she.)
Have you tried sitting on the floor beside her with a steak or perhaps entire beeves on the hoove in your hand- open palmed on floor? How is her sight, hearing, thyroid, etc? No doubt you have already checked all that and more. If she already loves the other dogs, imho, you've (beg pardon) a leg up on the rehab. She's endearing looking- (of course we used to show cockers and poodles and never the tween did they meet, let alone make apoos. I'm thinking she looks like a Shih Tzu Portuguese Water Dog, with perhaps a touch of Sheep Dog assorted. LMBO No doubt you are doing the most soothing tones you can muster, and so calm with all matters canine, that you are nearly in a coma when she is around. *G* Say, Noofs, instead of trying to catch her, have you tried lying down on the floor and seeing if she'll come over to see if you've expired and are less threatening that way? It is my method for catching skitter monkeys- but as with all matters dog related- your mileage may vary! *G* She's darling- I bet you'll get her to come out of her shell and become a dog. What is her name? I'm going to go look again at her mug and her body language there in the corner. Bless her heart. Gad zooks almighty, what a world, eh?
