Does anyone have experience with injections to treat glaucoma? msg

To make a long story short Dirk is have multiple issues with his eyes. The major one, at this point, is that his left lens in his eye has broken free and is now in front of the iris. This is clogging the drainage from his eye and the build up of pressure is giving him a royal headache. The vet suggested 2 options: remove the eye or inject the eye with a solution that stops the fluid production in the eye. If we go the injection route Dirk would keep his eye but it isn't always effective. I don't want to have this drag out and have Dirk in continual pain. Do you have any experience with the injection route? TIA - Stacey
