I've never heard of the Panacur. Any antibiotic can
upset the tummy and cause diahrrea whether it be human
or animal. If you can get her to eat with it, it would
be good to give it to her to clear up whatever infection
she has.
It wouldn't hurt to call the veterinarian and talk to
him/her about giving her the Amoxicillin since you are
a little unsure about giving it to her.
