I'm so worried about feeding her anything now. I just know she'll break out in a horrible rash, throw up, or have instant diarrhea. At least that's how I worry - Tofi declined to eat chicken so now I feed her fish. I snuck a piece of chicken in as a snack and she ate that but of course got sick. The vet suggested Tylan, she vomited, metronidazole (sp?) she broke out in a rash. Anti nausea drugs give her tummy cramps, etc, etc. This poor dog - she's been through it. Right now I'm sneaking in prilosec for her killer heartburn and she gets carafate 1/2 before meals and meds, up at 6:30 for that so I can feed at 7am (then 3pm and 11pm). I don't begrudge her anything - I just want her more on the healthy side. So for weeks now she's been on fish and rice - period. Well tums, guess that's calcium.
