Ken really likes being able to give Caleb our undivided "dog attention". He also wants to travel, and figured it's easier to either ask our neighbor to care for the least amount of critters possible or take one dog with us. Honestly, tho, the main reason is the money- we just can't afford the proper care of more than one, especially right now (Ken got layed off Wednesday). It's funny- Caleb loves playing with other dogs. Yet, when my sister comes down with her Golden, he starts doing things he shouldn't the second day. Talk about spoiled! LOL
