breeding question

Something happened today and I am wondering if you can shed some light on it. I have a 8 month old female chihuahua she weighs about 7 pound she came into season about 2 weeks ago. Today she got out and went through a hold in neighbors fence and got tied up with his jack russell which im guessing weights about13-14 pounds. My quwestion is can my chihuahua more than likely have theses puppies. Since she is the smallest. I notice alot of the jack-chi sites do not mention who the moma was (the JR or the chi) but in my case the one having the babies is the chihuahua the smllest fo the two. Please will you tell me your thougths on this situation.
