Thanks for asking :o) She's doing a little better msg

For the past day or two her reverse sneeze spasms have almost gone away and her stool is rusty orange colored but normal consistency. (I need to pass that by the vet.) Her heart burn is doing well with 3 meals a day and Pepcid AC.

But she's back on chicken and rice. I tried some beef and potato but she got mucous in her stool and broke out in an itchy rash. But I noticed last night the ground turkey I was feeding her had "flavor enhancers". So I'm not sure what affected her the beef or the flavor enhancers. I suspect the later.

So I'm going to start adding fruit, veggies, and some vitamins to her usual chicken and rice.

We're due to leave town - the dogs and I - to celebrate a late Christmas with friends. I hope the stress doesn't make her sick again. Should I ask the vet for a mild tranquilizer? The benedryl I give her for the itching seems to take the edge off but not much.
