Pomeranians should never be left outside. They need to be in the house. It sounds like you have adopted or been given a retired brood female from a backyard breeder who used her to produce pups and who has neglected her vet care. If you've had a dog that has been constantly sneezing for eight months and you've not taken the dog to the vet, and you have just noticed this health concern, you are not caring for the dog either. Constant sneezing could have many underlying causes; congestive heart failure, collapsing trachea, allergies, infection of teeth, disease of the lungs, many other things, heart worms, parasites- long list and only speculation. Could be something as minor as reverse sneezing, - But - oo3182A vet, just as sharin says and with equal exclamation points, needs to see and examine your dog right away to determine the underlying cause. Are you a minor? If so, ask your parents to help you see to the dog. You are being neglectful of the dog's health. Pomeranians are feisty, happy little dogs who can, with good care, live to be in their teens. I have a Pom too who is a retired brood b###h, When we adopted her she had health problems from head to toe- very common for such little money machines to be neglected and then dumped when they can no longer produce pups. She is fine now- healthy and happy. If you can't care for the Pom, you should turn her over to a breed rescue- they will vet and place her with folks who can see to her health needs. Folks here will be happy to assist you with rescue groups in your area. Do not allow the sneezing constantly to go on without a vet seeing to cause. Unfair to the dog. Keep dog inside, not outdoors. Is she spayed, housetrained? Can she walk on lead and obey basic commands? All of this may be accomplished with care. First- vet check.
