I do walk him as much as possible. Unfortunately there is not a place for him to run offleash. I always try to do lots of mental stimulation when we can't get out as much (training games).
We've left the TV on for him on the same station as we do at home.
It is 7 hours away...so not a place I can easily go to to practice. This is my biggest issue.
He is not terribly food motivated...and is on a very restricted diet (food allergies). I'll try to find something I can smear in a kong that he'll eat. I'll have to go down to Nashville and hunt. We've tried toys I can put his kibble in and he's not that interested. He eats his meals when put in front of him, but he's not nuts about food. Even in agility a toy is much more entertaining. Perhaps I can get creative in some toys attached to the crate that he could unattach or untie.
