I'm from the usa- deep south but live in the corn- midwest now. (I can't think why~ LOL)
Here I yam. LP- but for fun EUP- (elle unknown poster) because my syntax is so deranged that everybody on dog boards- knows it is um that twinkleheaded lazerpoodle- the dolt from the phew. Will post you some odle dogge board essays of yore. Don't read more than one at a time- else your head explode and pieces of your prior perfectly sensible brain simply float around the room in alarm and in etc. These are full of typographical airs- as Leilah's Mom (owner of wonderpuppy site) just took them off the net ,
I don't ever use grammar check or spell check- because - well I forget why exactly. Oh because I doan wanna. I am a published humor writer and have earned nearly dozens of dollars nearly dozens of times. An editor at the end of his leash and tugging once said of my work "LP, some writers have nothing to say but can say it well. Other writers have something to say but can't say it well. You are a double threat. " Pfft.
A fellow writer once said this. "LP, your work is sooooo thick." Amen brother. He'd meant layered and he then tapdanced and soft-shoed around trying to splane his meaning and that he'd, by no means meant it meanly. He was right the first time. Thick. However, I don't write in print - about dogs- so that''s a small mercy for everybody. I write in polka dot and stripes about dogs. I dont write in print or by dint of the sweat of my brow at alll now. I use crayon!!! Certainly.
elle pea- lp- eup- a proser by any other name smells as delete: One essay should convince you to knock it the hades off! LOL Maybe try "Fire and Ice." Then get right back to serious research- or not. *G*

Karen is a pro dog trainer. Pat B is a spiffy dog trainer too. JMM- malts since hector was a pup. I'm more of an airhead with ..... notions and a lifetime in dogs. Makes me merely dangerous!!! If you've puppy training questions or breed specfics- the above folks are your main barkers. I'm more of a carnival barker wit circus poodles and perhaps with some sound ideas- but precisely what they are, we may not say! No- truly we may say them and all will be glad to help- some will be better at specifics is the thang. Yep. If you'd care to- go over to furkids poodle board- JMM has several pictures up of her beyond beautiful Maltese dogs. Master Soda Pop and ;his bubba wee pup- bettr she tells you all about it.
You should be proud of your mom's efforts to help dogs. Excellent. - No joke there. And good for you regarding saving for a Malt from a good kennel- Take your sweet time. The more you know, the better for you and the dog you wrote in on. I'm up with Phazer Poodle- her dental (usually no biggie and on their feet and back to caniche with tude (caniche is poodle) ) has knocked her off her normal pins and she is still recovering. Always something.
As you'll soon find out. *G* BTW, the folks whose Malt I removed and who promised me they'd never do it again, have (right) done it again. And it is a Boxer. Saw it today. Oh mercy. What a world. They think of the local shelter as a free doggie buffet and petting zoo. Never mind, but I do mind greatly. That is why it is lovely to talk with serious folks on dog boards - who don't think of dogs as household appliances which one may discard and then replace- like a toaster or a dvd player. *G*
Talk to JMM and um them regarding breed specifics and dog training, but if it is over-generalization you seek and a link fetish- I'm yelpful. BTW- your bf sounds like a keeper. My dh had no dogs prior to meeting me. Now that macho man can do a caniche topknot and he walks the frou frou pack with skill. Yep.
More fun stories - fortunately, few are mine. Read these between serious research. Laughter and learning in canine combo make digging up dog dirt more fun and less curt. What? No idea.
Southern Dog Breeds (but see the other dog essays - especially hilarious are those by jd.- including "culling the dalma.. etc" You'll see. Oh yeah. Phew.) Fur starters-
