Go to an all breed dog show -

http://www.infodog.com/showinfo/state.htm gives lists of a bunch of shows by state - get a catalog and you will get a lost of owner's addresses in the back.

Go here and contact the parent club for the breed and they can help you locate a breeder in your region. I am in Virginia by the way...
