and, unfortunately, PA has a reputation as being a puppymill state. Which makes it even harder to find a good breeder. Here's the link to the NJ Federation of Dog Breeders. There are a couple of Maltese breeders listed there. This is only a partial list, tho. A complete listing can be found in the "hard copy". It only costs a couple of dollars. My copy is outdated (I keep forgetting to order a new one), otherwise I'd post the names not on the website.
