Out Side/In Side

my dad will not let my dog inside but i love her so much i want her inside she is a boxer and i no it will b a lot of work but she relly is quit and how do u think i can convince him to let her stay inside. He is worried about fleas, her pooping very where and being to hyper. HELP!
