First, just for future posting info - posting in all capitals is considered yelling in cyberland and rude - if there is a reason you need to post in all caps (say eyesight issues) please make that known.
Now, possible blood in urine and loss of appetitie warrants a trip to the vet. Your dog could have an infection, bladder stones, kidney issue, etc. It may not even be one thing but a couple issues going on.
Your dog has to be seen by a vet and I would not wait long either. If it is a kidney issue, the longer you wait the more compromised they can become and that can be fatal. If it is an infection, say bladder infection can cause blood in the urine, if left untreated, can spread to the kidneys.
Pain can cause a dog to go off food.
The best thing you can do for your dog is call your vet and idealy try to get a urine sample in at the same time.
Use a ladel or a shallow bowl on a stick and slide it under your dog when she urinates, pour into a clean container. If not, your vet can help get a sample, just make sure pup has not pottied before you go.
