Oh, I remember those days of clubs, scouts, etc. Luckily for me, everything here is after school, but it still meant taking Kole with me to pick Rob up. The first year I did Cub Scouts, Kole was about 2. He used to hang out in his playpen while we had our meetings. When Rob was going to Summer Rec, I discovered just how great frozen waffles were in the car. I'd put Kole in his car seat and hand him two plane waffles. That kept him happy while we drove down the hill and dropped Rob off. Going out for breakfast sounds like a plan, tho- look at it this way, you'll have some "Mom & daughter" time with Sarah.
...Sarah is precocious. My Himi us being fully shaved thanks in part to her. We were just going to have a clip and brush down. But Sarah was watching me groom... Himi cat, hand cream and sticky tape...
I can see it now. Poor kitty! Now, imagine a simialr 3 year old boy watching a PBS show about rock climbing, mom's sewing box held shut with a bungee cord that looked like mountain climbing rope and a 5+ foot tall dresser.
LOL See, I can relate somewhat.
