Posted by Kren on July 25, 2007, 7:59 am, in reply to "Puppies" Developmentally, even a week can me a big deal if difference. I have worked with pups taken at 6 weeks and younger as well as 8 and 9 weeks, and there is a huge difference. Eight weeks.

No younger than seven weeks and eight is better. Six is WAY to young. If the pups are smaller breeds then 10 - 12 weeks of age.
