The fremdschamen here is brutal.
The RINO's (as you call them) weren't wrong about losing.
It appears that what happened is that a bunch of RINO types actually believed what they read in the newspapers. They actually believed the narrative about the blue wave, and tuhs retired. Should be an object lesson there, but winning elections is not a RINO priority.
But if gerrymandering favors the incumbents Dirt Last Name, why didn't they try?
C'mon, Kevin Findley. They knew they were going to lose.
Gerrymandering? Geez, quit watching the View.
There were over 40 GOP incumbents that bailed rather face re-election in 2018. While a few may have just had enough, I suspect many of them were too cowardly to try and buck the mid-term blues.
The Republicans shouldn't have lost the House after all the gerrymandering for the past 15 years, Trump lost the House, not Ryan. Trump's failure is spectacular for those in the know.
Ryan got what he wanted and hands the gavel to Pelosi.
He goes down in history as possibly the most ineffectual, downright pathetic Speakers in history, wasting his entire tenure because he was too scared of the press to do anything.
Way to go.
