I've read that because people waited around until the prices dropped for the DVD instead of the standard price for them when it first came out, it created the illusion it didn't "sell well" because when people are buying something at a lower price (say...15 dollars) than something they're paying the regular price for (let's say 20), of course it's not making as much.
No worries, though. It'll eventually come back on DVD (if they can release Mary Poppins to DVD four times, I have faith
). They can't hide it forever. Plus, maybe they'll add it to the line later. They did that with several titles in the platinum line. And it's not like everyone really needs a new copy. I *just* got the DVD five years ago. I'm still good
.

: I did more studies on Wikipedia (one of the
: studies was on Santa Claus and how his
: reindeer team varies between 8-9 reindeer).
:
: When I came upon the Diamond line, Aladdin
: was not there. Instead there was Fantasia
: and Fantasia 2000.

: I guess people aren't going to cotton to
: Arabic stories\characters. Such a shame how
: the US's attitude is reflected by the pop
: culture.
