Disney Store lili pad Tiana question

Hi,

Does anyone have the Disney Store basic lili pad gown Tiana doll? Have you deboxed her?

I would love to know if the actual doll's skirt is as full as on the promo pic. Also.. is the quality of the dress OK? I've heard people complaining that theirs fell apart but I'm not sure if they are mixing up the Disney Store doll with the Mattel doll.
