Ballerina Belle

I just bought my first Mattel doll in ages. One of those Princess Ballerina dolls that were sold last year (or the year before that).... the ones with the painted on bodices and fabric skirts. I remember some US collectors having a lot of problems finding them.

Not a bad doll. I'm shocked! LOL. Since these dolls are supposed to be super-cheap they don't have a lot of make-up which is a plus in my book. None of that glitter garbage, just pretty faces. They don't have much hair but it's well styled (not sloppy) and Mattel used the good quality hair (the soft fluffy kind, not the dry kind that gets tons of fly-away hairs).

I plan to customize her because the Ballerina thing really isn't working for me. The sculpted detail on the bodice is very pretty though.

They also had the Royal Ball or Royal Dance or whatever Belle and Cinderella dolls... a ton of them. Wasn't someone here looking for them. The dolls that play music and dance around.
