Permission to use a pattern for KAL

Hello there! I am in charge of finding a new knitted dishcloth pattern every month on my knitting forum and would like to use one of your patterns if I may. The pattern (Flower bud-pg3) has a designer link that does not work. I have tried to contact someone using the "Contact Me" button here but it keeps giving me a delivery failure message. I just want to be sure to have the proper permission to use the pattern and not offend anyone anywhere. Thank you.
