I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a try.
This info was found on a forum mentioning Red Heart yarns: 3 oz=170 yds; 3 1/2 oz=198 yds; 6 oz=348 yds; 8 oz=452 yds (worsted weight). Baby fingering: 1 3/4 oz=50 grms (Canadian).
