Thats exacatly what you have to do,my dear.Any time you see something in brackets with a number to the right of it,it means repeat whats in the brackets,that amount of times.Its easier than continuously writing the entire thing out. EG: k4,p1,(k2tog)x5,k1,(yo,k1),x5,etc.....
