I would love to discover whether my old counterparts, Dai-uy Trang van Tai and Tieu-uy Ben (have no first name) of Tram Chim village, Hoa Binh District, Kien Phong (now Dong Thap) province made it to the U.S. or wherever. Does anyone know if any of the VN associations have the capacity to run a search? Thanks.
