I agree, CSJr.
Actually, I liked that whole "New Wonder Woman" vibe. She was no longer the immortal super hero and more like a spy; maybe it's her name Diana, but she was very much like Emma Peel for a short while. It was a nice variation. And she had a cool side kick... Kato... Uh, I mean I-Ching.
I wonder how much effect the presence of strong women in spy series at the time -- The Avengers, and The Champions -- had on the development of this New Wonder Woman. Both Emma and Sharon were very attractive, and jet setters, just like Diana Prince in The New Wonder Woman. And the outfits Diana wore were very much like those worn by Emma Peel.
