Robby, I gotta say that Tony Stark head & pinup looks like Don Heck's art to me...especially the nose & eyes & the shape of the feet.
As for the Pepper Potts pinup, I'm thinking Don Heck again, inked by Vinnie Colletta? They were the regular team for IM around that period in Tales of Suspense.
I also think you have the George Tuska/Gene Colan credits reversed.
And Iron Man #19 is by Gerald Parel, who's been doing a lot of painted Marvel covers lately.
