I am glad there are people playing and using the rink. I can remember a time not long ago that over 450 kids were playing down there. The Park's Dept will not replace the lights until there is at least 4 lights blown out. It cost the Park's Dept to much money to change them because an outside contractor comes to do it. As far as the time I would leave it alone because if there are not organized games the residents on 144th st does not want them on at all. At least you have lights till 8:30.
