If you are trying to trace a baptism in Gosport my first thoughts are that you should contact the Hampshire Genealogical Society rather than Devon FHS.
I find it curious that a child would be baptised at Antony and then Stoke Dameral the following day. In some cases where a child is very weak or ill, a private baptism was performed by a licensed midwife or a priest and this was later confirmed as a public baptism usually a few weeks later. Unless the first baptism was such a private one it is strange that they crossed the Tamar to have a second ceremony. I believe it is contrary to C of E protocol to re baptise unless the first was the lower grade "private" one. It was the practice in the register to show both dates but to endorse "private" on the first.
Understandably if not familiar with Plymouth the Bedford Street Burial Ground came under St Andrew Church Plymouth and not the St Andrew Church Stoke Dameral.
