Totally agree with you Luce. Everyone could see things weren't working in the first half on Saturday, so why did MW and SB just sit there and do nothing? I think MW has assembled a good squad, but at times his tactics and team selections ARE questionable. There may be factors we don't know about, injuries, illness etc. but if a players is on the bench you have to assume he's fit. On that basis I can't understand why Twiss sits so many games out. I'd have said he was the best player in the conference last year (sorry Daryl), but this year he rarely gets a game. We always get linked to strikers and defenders when we've been crying out for a midfield maestro since Steve Harkness left. I can see it, lots of people can see it, why doesn't MW see it? I don't think either Brady or Clifford were ever going to solve the creativity problem so why sign them? We have two of the best strikers in the Conference. All we have to do is get the ball to them in dangerous situations. Simple, but the current midfield aren't doing it. Let's hope MW can sort it out.
