Unable to Post on Deva Chat

I registered a while ago as "Pin Blue" and managed to post once or twice. Have been unable to post since and tried to re-register since but cannot as my e-mail address is already in the system. Can you please advise how I can sort this? Have tried to sort it before via the "contact us " link but got no response. Thanks Alan
