Jamie, in case you didn't know, you should consider going to Pennsylvania and Connecticut casinos(probably for you, the former is more convenient). I know other than Philadelphia casinos(which I've heard supposedly have to be smoke-free, due to Philly's comprehensive smoking ban, and the only comprehensive ban in effect in PA), casinos outside of Philadelphia can permit smoking under Pennsylvania's recently passed moderate smoking ban(which still allows it in any bars that get 80% or greater alcohol sales, and casinos).
Connecticut voted down a casino smoking ban, so for now you still can smoke in CT casinos(i.e. Foxwoods). I still agree with ya though that it's very stupid that Atlantic City passed a casino smoking ban. Heck if you ask me, the NJ state ban should've at least had an exemption for bars, besides just for AC casinos.
