If anyone cares, I'm putting the finishing touches on the Second Edition PDF redeployment, I'm checking the links Denise listed to see if they still work, this one does :-) If anyone remembers when I announced the First Edition redeployment here, and on Smoke Signals, I've made some rather sweeping changes for the second edition, the original content that Denise wrote is largely unchanged, I've only corrected errors in spelling and grammar, punctuation etc. About the biggest change is that I've grouped the topics to reduce the file count, and the page count of the printed version, which looks and reads even better than the first one. I've enhanced and expanded the content, touching on stuff Denise never got around to. One negative is that in the first edition, I'd spent a lot of time building a database of brands available in Australia, I figured I'd start local, but since the laws requiring brand renaming took effect, it has been rendered it utterly useless. I'm about to put the feelers out so I can start on a new set of databases, as I was planning to go worldwide… I'm still booting around the idea of putting the files up on their own web site, but I have no idea where to start with that, not that I haven't asked for help… Anyway, back to it, and when it's done, this will be among the first places I'll post about it
