Everybody must die from some type of cause. Smokers have a higher rate of some diseases (lung cancer, emphysema) than non-smokers and actually a lower rate of others (Parkinsons, Alzheimers). If you want to maximize your health and length of life, then you should stop smoking, exercise, eat right, etc. But you might be missing some of the enjoyment of life if you take this puritanic route. Is it possible for you to reduce your smoking considerably? Maybe that would be a solution.
: I am starting to feel
: guilty as I get more and
: more addicted about the
: consiquences. I just
: want to smoke and not
: worry about dying.
: Anyone have any
: suggestions about how I
: can stop worrying about
: the consiquences and
: just enough my smokes?
: Thanks.
