Do you know sombody who exhales a smoke even 7 times after a puff. My previous philippino GF did so. She took a big drag and after that she inhaled a smoke. Then exhaled the smoke during next 5-7 breath. She smoked local L&M menthols. How the smoke can stream out so long time ? She had probably COPD or even emphysema. Maybe she had to take a breath before she could exhale the whole smoke and she had so much smoke in the lungs that she had to take a breath even six times. And due to COPD the ot stream from lungs is weak. Anyway, the first exhale was long and contained brownish grey thinck smoke.
Can really somebody answer how this is posssible. Please ask if you know somebody who can do the same kind of exhales.
