Sweet Potato Casserole 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 2 t. vanilla Topping: 1 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 c. flour 1/2 stick margarine 1 c. light brown sugar, packed Mix sweet potatoes ingredients and put in a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Mix topping ingredients. Will be lumpy. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes.
