Deborah, If you are going thru a proper training school, they will have the information you need. If you are doing the training yourself, you will have to ask one of the local training schools for info on how to get the proper documentation. You can contact, "Paws Ability" or look up Guide Dog training in the Northwest on the Internet. That will give you the info you need and satisfy your Landlord. Blessings and all the best. :-)
