My name is Deborah Graves. I am legally blind. I got a lab/pit puppy to train and allow to grow with my family so that when I lose all my sight we'll be ready. The dog is about 6 mos. old. My landlord has informed me that I can't have the dog without proper documentation as to it's purpose. I'm trying to get him trained. I'm on disability so my funds are limited.
