Your king sago, or Cycas revoluta was grown in more sun compared to what you are growing it at now. They are long because they are sun streched, and the plant is telling you it wants more light. I would cut them off and put it in an area with more light so the next time it pushes leaves, they wont look like the ones you are getting now.
