Posted by bert on 10/7/2005, 4:04 am about those, what kind of spacing do you suggest. i plan to put them on the west side of my house in front of the porch. they will get partial shade most of the day from pecan and pine trees but will get intense late afternoon sun. should i plant them deep or high. going for a ferny look but dont want them to get killed in the winter. do you have any seedlings or seeds for sale right now? thanks

I live about an hour north of tallahasee, florida. what cycads do you suggest i give a try in my yard. we're talking a limited budget here, so i'd have to start out with small plants or seeds. i have some revolutas now and plan to add some zamia furfaceae pretty soon.
