Last November we transplanted a sega from a pot to the ground. Both locations are in Austin, TX. This spring the sega put out new growth. Now the leaves are beginning to turn yellow and there appears to be a pinkish colored fungus on the central stem where the new growth usually appears. The soil has never been treated and the bed receives quite a bit of water. If it weren't for the "fungus" I'd suspect overwatering. Any suggestions?
