I'm just curious about this.I have a D. spinulosum in a 7gal. container.The stem is almost baseball sized.A couple of months ago it push out a flush of 4 leaves.It has just now flushed again but with only 2 leaves.I kind of expected that the next time it flushed,that it would push out more leaves than less.I use cycad special and feed my container plants bi-monthly using less fertilizer.A lot of my C. wilailaks will put out a nice long leaf or two and then the next time they will push out leaves about half the size.
