I am supposed to delete any message with someone trying to sell something, but for a homeowner looking to get rid of their plant, I'll leave this one. However, I don't want a group of people talking back and forth on this one, so if you can add your e-mail to this, people can get a hold of you directly on this. Thanks,
Now, if you really like this plant, just because you put it in the ground, that doesn't mean it can't easily go with you. Regardless of the size, you could cut all the leaves off and take off all of the soil from the roots, wrap it up in some paper, or anything to keep it from totally drying out and out of direct sun, and you could hold it for a month and replant it and it would be fine. Cycads are way tougher than people give them credit for. If this sounds like something you might want to do, I can help you more.
