I occasionally get mealies over winter on my plants, nothing major - more annoying than anything else.
If I was to incorporate a systemic, like imidacloprid, when would be the best time to have it applied so that it becomes embedded within the new leaves? At the beginning of a flush, middle or towards the end as the leaves harden?
