: I just read your article in
: Ornamental
: Outlook about the scale on my Sagos.
: I am going to try the coffee spray
: and mulch this weekend. I have
: tried everything else and nothing
: has worked, let's hope this does. I
: have too many big plants to lose any
: one of them. I noticed in the
: article that the pictures on the
: bottom of the page said March then
: March (trimmed and treated) then
: June. How much do I trim before I
: spray and mulch. They are really
: infested with the white sticky
: stuff.
:
: I cut off anything that didn't
: have enough green on it to help the
: plant. If it had some decent green,
: I just sprayed those leaves with the
: juice. That article didn't truly
: explain everything, it was more like
: an interview. So, I would suugest
: reading the actual article that I
: wrote for more good information:

Thanks for the link to the article, I will trim the worst stems off and I sprayed with coffee today and mulched with the grounds around the most infected plant. I am taking pictures of before and after.
