Microcycas

Hi Tom,
I have one micro seedling from last year, and this particular one has a well developed radicle, but no initial leaf. Others from this same batch have all leafed out nicely, and are pushing their second and third leaves. But I am worried about the last one that hasn't leafed yet. It seems likely it has run out of enough energy to push a leaf, and will therefore die. Is there anything you can recommend to aid this plant to push a leaf?
