If it isn't turning brown or looking bad besides the leaves drooping down, I have seen this happen a lot. The plant is not pumping enough water into the leaves to keep them turgid, compared to the conditions that make the plant need more water. I would say water it a lot, every day for close to a week and see if the leaves turn up a little. This is the thing that is somewhat common in places like Arizona. I realize that a plant next to it may be fine, but for some reason the roots aren't doing enough on this particular plant. If you do water, and it gets worse, it could be the start of some sort of root problem and then i would suggest using a fungicide that takes care of root rot, but try this first and see what happens.
